Re: today was Heroes`Day dung a yaad..who is ur hero
My Daddy too. When I was a lil boy he would take me for a drive in his Vauxhall car every evening, to any of his friends, to the Palisadoes to look at the `outside sea` or to the airport to see `de plane tek off and land. Up on Beverly Hills or Jacks Hill to see the view of the city or to Caymanas Park stable area where he had a few trainer friends.
From those days I grew to appreciate the land and sea, how beautiful it is to be able to set foot, each step we make, each stroke we take.
Nowadays, my hero is the man many love to hate, Wilmot Motty Perkins.
My Sheroes are those lovely anchors on CNN Intl, Anjali Rao and more recent that beautiful Ishay cant remember her surname just now who made Anderson Cooper blush on air.

I am sure he is, but mi fi wan use everyday people, rather dan sports or celebrity people. Reason being, I tink das part of di issue wi dealing wid dees days, too many kids not using easily attainable goals, but instead look to celebrities.
Of course, Usain may bi different since him try encourage di local kids in a positive way.

I trying to read you right. Yu mean youngfolks need role models that they can see day today alive and in living colour.
Once upon a time, the pastor, the teacher, the district constable filled in admirably.
Where have they all gone?
